In-person training sessions are a great way to have more human connection during your day. They provide the same opportunities as a virtual session but may be a better fit for your preferences. In-person sessions can happen in your living room, home gym, or even at the park.

Some people like training sessions to give them an opportunity to get out of the house and into a more formal training space. Studio IX, on 76th and Broadway, gives us a chance to utilize a variety of equipment and the opportunity to meet other members of the fitness community.

12 Week Weight Loss Coaching Program

My personalized 12-week coaching program is designed to help you make sustainable changes, lose weight, and build healthy habits that stick. With this program, you get direct support, guidance, and weekly accountability to help you stay motivated and on track every step of the way.

 

What You’ll Get:

1. Initial 30-Minute Zoom Call
During this one-on-one session, we’ll dive deep into your current health and wellness habits like diet, exercise routine, and sleep patterns. Based on this evaluation, I will create a personalized weight loss plan that aligns with your unique goals, lifestyle, and personality.


You’ll receive tailored recommendations on:

  • Cardio & Exercise 

  • Step Count Goals

  • Water Consumption

  • Macronutrient Breakdown (Protein, Carbs, Fat)

 

2. Weekly Accountability Texts & Video Responses
Staying accountable is key to lasting change. Every week, I’ll send you a check-in form via text. After you fill it out, I’ll respond with a video tailored to your progress, offering advice, motivation, and adjustments as needed.
This personalized weekly feedback keeps you on track and empowered to continue your journey.

 

3. Monthly Check-In (15-20 Minute Zoom)
Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll have monthly 15-20 minute Zoom call to review your progress, discuss challenges, and adjust your plan for the upcoming month. This keeps us on the same page and ensures you’re always moving forward.

This includes your initial Zoom call, personalized weight loss plan, 15-20 minute monthly

check-ins, and weekly accountability support for the full 12 weeks.
